With guidance from me, you do the prep work and the cooking, then enjoy a beautiful meal with friends. All the fun of a dinner party with none of the shopping or clean up! Each class is packed with cooking instruction, nutritional information, recipes, knife skills, presentation and a delicious feast! We use organic ingredients*, fresh herbs and spices, and lovely heart healthy oils to make amazingly beautiful, nutritious meals.&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 0, 0);" class="Apple-style-span"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; All classes flow smoothly from one course to the next, no down time, no waiting. On occasion organic ingredients can not be found. And the roast chicken, WOW! Who would have ever thought &lt;em&gt;I&lt;/em&gt; could roast a whole chicken and have it turn out so well?
